Referrals come in real estate in many ways. This page is written to explain two primary forms of referrals that I can help you with and to let you know how you can help in the third.

Out of State Referrals

First, if you or someone you know will be moving somewhere outside the state of Illinois, I can help you by referring you to a great agent in that area. The agent I refer you to will be a professional REALTOR^® and will know that area and market extremely well. He or she can help you find your perfect home there, and having a local contact here can make the process much smoother for you. Please let me know if you want a referral and I'll be glad to help!

Recommended Service Providers

The second type of referral is for recommended service providers who can help you through the process of buying or selling a home or property. I have developed and included this list for the benefit of my customers, which you can find at the bottom of this page. The businesses and people listed here are those who I have worked with in the past and found to be trustworthy, professional, and reliable. It is important that you understand that I do not receive any compensation or kickbacks for my recommending or your using of their services. Rather, they are just folks who have done good work for my clients in the past, and have been helpful in achieving good real estate transactions. Lastly, I do not work exclusively with any of these individuals or businesses, so the ultimate decision of who to use during your transaction is up to you.

Personal Referrals

The third type of referral is your ability to refer me to others. This can be as simple as mentioning my name in a casual conversation, or as formal as writing down all my contact information and passing it along. You can always refer people to this site, as it contains a lot of helpful information for anyone in the real estate market. Remember that I can do business anywhere in the state of Illinois, so keep me in mind when there is a need! Most of my business is developed from repeat customers or the family and friends of those I've worked with. Give me a chance and I promise I'll do everything I can to get you into a new home or out of your current one.
